DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All of the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of delivery. If the delivery is to mainland England and Wales, the associated cost will be added to your basket at checkout. All orders above £500 will be delivered free of charge. Our delivery prices are non-cumulative, so you will only ever pay one delivery charge – that associated with all the items you have ordered. The charges are based on the requested delivery time and on the distance:

  • Within 3 hours in central London – £35 plus VAT
  • Same day delivery in London– £25 plus VAT
  • Next-day delivery– £20 plus VAT
  • 2-3 business day – £10 plus VAT
  • Delivery that requires specialist handling – Please contact us

For deliveries outside of mainline England and Wales, checkout will be completed exclusive of delivery. We will be in touch via e-mail within 48 hours of your transaction to organise shipping.

After you place an Order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your Order. However, please note that this does not mean that your Order has been accepted. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). In case of bespoke product, we will liaise with you to inform you of your delivery date, which will be within 10 working days for tailored items. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. Please review the T&C for more details.

 


RETURNS

We anticipate that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from Volzhenka. However, where necessary we offer a full refund policy. Please inform us via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item. Returned stock must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days, in the same condition it left us. We refund you the price you paid for the Products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. The cost to return will include any delivery costs you have paid. Unfortunately, in respect of bespoke Products, as they are made to your individual requirements, you will not be able to cancel your Order once made or partly made but this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to bespoke Products that are faulty or not as described.
