Russian Oscietra V20
Oscietra is a precious caviar obtained from prime Russian sturgeons
It takes between 15 and 20 years to harvest the large 3mm grain size and only a select few specimens will produce the necessary roe to meet our exceptional standards during the coldest months of the year. The eggs can be recognised by their distinctive golden and amber reflection with pleasantly firm texture. The taste is rich with long-lasting hazelnut-infused flavour.
