Russian Oscietra caviar is exquisitely prepared using an old Astrakhan secret recipe. It takes approximately 12 to 15 years to harvest the velvety large grain eggs and develop the exceptional flavour. Slightly less intense than the V20, it features a similar buttery and nutty taste that lingers wonderfully.
